I’m Janak. I work where a customer’s problem meets the code.
I’m based in Pune. Most of my time goes on two things: working out what someone actually needs, and building something they can try quickly.
How I got here
I started in enterprise support, keeping business systems running for large companies in energy, FMCG, chemicals and petroleum.
That’s where I learned to debug calmly with a client waiting, and to automate anything I’d otherwise have to do twice. Then I moved into AI. I built voice agents and automations as a consultant for a voice AI platform, and shipped a few products of my own: an iOS app, a macOS app, and a CRM that a driving school paid for and still uses.
I’m now looking for a solutions engineer, forward deployed or deployment role at an AI company.
